WeiFund is a toolkit for running crowdfunding campaigns on the Ethereum blockchain. The very idea of crowdfunding is not new at all, in this sphere there are already many successful projects both mainstream, but also blockchain-based, therefore the competition may be hard in that sector. Among the features they mentions things like low cost, easy to use platform, reusable campaign templates or increased security. There is a beta version of the platform available and the project's GitHub repository seems to consists of many files. The team is quite small and there aren't many actual developers or programmers, which may make it hard to deliver a fully working platform fast.

The website is still under construction, some of the information is not available yet.

By the way, I can't find the fee schedule. Or, did I just miss it? Is there anyone know how much they charge for using their platform for crowdfunding?

To quote: "Our purpose is to make crowdfunding user-friendly, thoroughly-tested, and interoperable." I find it quite unfortunate choice of purpose as there are already many well established and already tried out crowdfunding sites that actually are all of these traits above. What is the point of doing once again what is already done and is working pretty good.

The only advantage I would see is the sole fact of crowdfunding being taken on blockchain technology, but apart from this it's nothing new or worth investing.
