Decentralized search engine
Smart contract blockchain

Everyone understands who is the main competitor for the project Presearch, which should become a decentralized search engine - Google. Yes, and the creators of the project do not hide their desire to replace this system. However, it is necessary to understand that Google, with all its shortcomings, has been building its incredibly advanced search system for several decades. And in order to defeat Google it's not enough just to apply the blockchain to the (not yet created) search system. To obtain benefits, you need more, even if you imagine that the project will be able to collect on the ICO a budget equal to that of its competitor. And looking at the projects's site it does not look like they have a strong team of developers.

I am not interested in this project yet,
Presearch is an open, decentralized search engine that rewards community members with Presearch Tokens for their usage, contribution to, and promotion of the platform.
Presearch has an innovative go-to-market strategy to target the most frequent searchers - web workers - and gain early adoption, on our way to releasing future versions of the open source platform that will utilize a blockchain-based index, curated by the community.
The disadvantages presearch, given the current crackdown on the ICOs, this token will have a hard time even for speculative buying. If ever they have any kind of POC you may get a chance to use the PST tokens. And the ideal place ever to trade these tokens may be decentralized exchanges but for that you must access exchange like EtherDelta (again it depends as to when their tokens will be listed there). The revenue structure explained in their ICO where they share some of the revenue in form of PST tokens may make PST tokens a security and hence it become a legal quagmire for exchanges like Kraken and Polonix to list such securities without a license from SEC.
Presearch is building open, decentralized search engine which is an alternative search engine that is open, transparent, and that involves the community in product development, consensus and quality control. It rewards community members with Presearch Tokens (PSTs) for usage, contribution to, and promotion of the platform.
Personally, their white paper was unimpressive. Half of their paper wanted to explain why google is bad and the rest of the paper talked about the future decision making of their platform to a “imaginary” community. They stressed more on building their company, foundation and community hence their true value proposition was lost. Also, the github link in their white paper though 3 years old was empty. Much of their whitepaper seemed to be a copy of many other ICO whitepapers and had very little to offer in form of original technical innovation. The best they can come up was a beta search tool which again has Google as the default search engine packed with additional advertisements on top of what other websites offer and force users to get engaged for earning BAT. Which to me seems to be a non-starter from the beginning.
great platform with good site navigation
whitepaper and roadmap present
great and experienced team
good feedback (instant response to question via email) and all social page very active
accept both BTC and ETH for token purchase
large number of crowdsales for investors
search engine platform is highly competitive and alot of money and hard work is needed to be successful
Any investor will think twice before giving a money to a project that want to beat Google.
I mean people may be fed up with lack of privacy and google knowing every search they do, every problem or desire they have and this project wants to put and end to that. However, they seem more like a group annoyed with Google wanting to do everything against it, rather than a legitimate developers wanting to deliver a better product. They lack a proffesional approach and the design itself also doesn't look that good, one would assume it's been done by a amateur as well. However the idea itself is good.
